A face, not a bubble
Static chat icons suffer from banner blindness — shoppers have learned to ignore the bottom-right circle. An expressive, animated mascot is different: it's a character with personality that catches the eye and invites interaction without feeling like a pop-up ad.
Smooth, reactive animation
The mascot is built with real-time vector animation rendered in the browser, so it stays crisp at any size and animates smoothly. Its state reflects what's happening — idle, reaching out to help, or in conversation.
Choose your character
Yokaify ships with ready-made characters — for example Yoki, a friendly ghost, and Rylo, a playful dragon. You pick the one that fits your brand in the dashboard. See Configuration & appearance to set it up.
