When a shopper has a question Yokaify can't fully resolve — or simply wants to be contacted — the mascot can collect their details in the flow of the conversation. Captured leads appear in your dashboard.

Automatic outcome tracking

You don't need to add a conversion snippet. The widget already records how visitors respond to an intervention — whether they engaged, dismissed it, or went on to convert — and reports those outcomes back automatically. That data powers your impact measurement.
