Offers & coupons
Give the mascot discounts it can present at the right behavioral moment — with codes or code-free, scoped, scheduled, and capped per visitor.
Why offers work differently here
A sitewide discount popup trains every visitor to expect discounts. Yokaify's offers are behavioral: the mascot presents an offer only when a trigger fires — a hesitating visitor at the cart, an exit signal on checkout — so you spend margin only on the shoppers who were about to leave.
Anatomy of an offer
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Title & description | Merchant-facing label plus an optional visitor-facing line the mascot can paraphrase naturally. |
| Value | Percent off or a fixed amount (with currency). |
| Code | A discount code the mascot shares — or leave it code-free for informational offers (e.g. free-shipping thresholds). |
| Minimum cart | Only offer when the subtotal qualifies. |
| Window | Optional start and end times — schedule a weekend promo in advance. |
| Triggers & scope | Which behavioral moments and which pages/products the offer applies to. |
| Priority | When multiple offers are eligible, the highest-priority one wins — the mascot never stacks offers. |
| Per-visitor cap | Limit how many times one visitor can receive the offer. |
Shopify-sourced offers
On Shopify stores, offers can be tied to an existing Shopify price rule/discount so redemption stays consistent with your store's own discount engine.
Tracking
Each offer tracks times shown and times redeemed in the dashboard, and redemptions flow into results & attribution so you can see whether an offer actually pays for its margin.
