  • New product pages covering each capability — behavioral assists, grounded chat, the mascot, leads & escalation, offers & selling, and analytics.
  • Lead capture (beta) rolling out on the Growth plan: in-conversation contact capture with full context, delivered to the dashboard, email, and the lead.created webhook.
