Control which events email you, review the in-dashboard notification feed, and export your data.
The notification feed
The bell icon in the dashboard collects everything noteworthy: new leads, escalations awaiting a human, knowledge syncs completing or failing. The feed is always complete — email settings only control what additionally reaches your inbox.
Email notifications
Under Settings → Notifications you choose, per event type, whether to get an email:
- New lead captured — includes the lead's details and conversation context so you can follow up while intent is warm.
- Escalation created — a visitor asked for a human; the email includes an AI-written brief of what they need, so you don't have to read the whole transcript first.
- Knowledge sync events — when a site re-scan completes or fails.
- Billing events — receipts, payment issues, plan changes.
Data export
The Exports page is where your data leaves Yokaify when you need it elsewhere. Conversation and lead CSV exports are coming soon (Q3 2026). Available today:
- Webhooks — stream leads, escalations, assists, and conversions to your own systems in real time as they happen (webhooks reference).
- In-dashboard views — all conversations, leads, and results remain fully accessible in the dashboard with no retention tricks.
