Lead capture
When a visitor needs follow-up, the mascot collects their contact details in the flow of conversation — and delivers them to your dashboard, email, and webhooks.
How it works
Unlike a static form, capture happens inside the conversation at the moment of intent. The mascot recognizes follow-up moments — "can you do bulk pricing?", "when is this back in stock?" — and asks for an email in context, which converts far better than a form field in your footer.
Each captured lead includes:
- Contact details the visitor shared.
- The conversation that produced the lead — so you know exactly what they wanted before you reply.
- Page context — what they were looking at.
Where leads go
- Dashboard — the Leads view lists every lead with its context; open one for the full detail.
- Email — enable the new-lead notification to get each lead in your inbox with an AI-written brief (alerts & notifications).
- Your tools — the
lead.createdwebhook fires in real time; point it at your CRM or automation tool. Native Shopify/Zapier/CRM syncs are coming soon.
Good practice
- Reply fast — a lead captured mid-hesitation cools quickly. The email notification exists so the response can happen in minutes.
- Don't over-trigger — the mascot asks for contact details when there's a reason to follow up, not as a gate to answering. That restraint is why visitors comply.
