Your daily pulse: assists delivered, conversations handled, leads captured, and attributed revenue for the selected date range. Start here every morning.

Inbox

Every conversation the mascot has had, with sentiment scoring so frustrated visitors surface first. Open any conversation to read the full transcript and see which pages the visitor was on. Handoffs and escalations live here too — see escalations & handoffs.

Assists

Every proactive intervention the behavior engine fired: what triggered it, what the mascot said or did, and what happened next. Use this to understand when and why the mascot steps in.

Analytics

Results is the measurement home — causal lift against the holdout group, conversions, and revenue attribution (see measuring impact). Visitors shows per-visitor journeys. Optimise surfaces suggestions based on what's working.

Selling

Offers manages discounts and coupons the mascot can present at the right moment (offers & coupons). Products covers your synced catalog.

Knowledge
